Duration of the program
- One session per week for 1.5 hours each, followed for 90 days
- Individual can also opt for long term handholding (customized as per the requirement)
Process of the program
- The sessions will revolve around understanding the various domains of human life
- Participants will acquire cognitive strength, use the tools to reverse behaviour issues
- Nervous system healing, regulated ecosystems will amplify cognitive health conditions
- Session will include spiritual practises that are introspective in nature, breath work, meditation, sound healing, and those that lead to calm mind, and body coherence
- Program also includes unique occupational therapy – Art, Crafting, Journaling, Body Tapping, and Storytelling process for developing Intent-Attitude-Mindfulness
