Duration and Commitment to the program
1. Two sessions per week for 1.5 hours each, followed for 3 months
2. Individual can also opt for a 30 days challenge of continuous 30 days sessions for 1 hour each
3. Individual can also opt for long term handholding (customized as per the requirement)

1. The sessions will revolve around understanding the various domains of human life.
2. Participants will acquire knowledge, the tools to implement and process to follow.
3. Consistent practice, systematic progress with discipline and devotion will lead to achieve the goals.
4. Session will also include activities that are introspective in nature, physical, mental, meditative and those that lead to growth and increasing potential in an individual.
