Duration and Commitment to the program

  • 1. Two sessions per week for 1.5 hours each, followed for 3 months
  • 2. Individual can also opt for a 30 days challenge of continuous 30 days sessions for 1 hour each
  • 3. Individual can also opt for long term handholding (customized as per the requirement)

Process of the Program

  • 1. The sessions will revolve around understanding the various domains of human life.
  • 2. Participants will acquire knowledge, the tools to implement and process to follow.
  • 3. Consistent practice, systematic progress with discipline and devotion will lead to achieve the goals.
  • 4. Session will also include activities that are introspective in nature, physical, mental, meditative and those that lead to growth and increasing potential in an individual.
  • 5. Program includes unique meditation - I am towards developing intent-attitude-mindfulness.
