Yoga Therapy focused on special health conditions are customized after understanding the physical, mental, emotional and ancestral blockages of the seeker.
Specific health concerns are taken into the matter and a specific part of the body/organs/chakras are healed accordingly. This includes auric body alignment as well.
 
– Cognitive Meditation is customized based on the energy blockages, mental and emotional state of the seeker. With Yogic Counselling, CM works effectively even for seekers with dark histories of Trauma memories.

*A detailed consultation is done, health conditions are assessed and personalized therapy is provided through1-1 sessions accordingly.
 
 
*NOTE: All sessions will be conducted online & the duration is a minimum of 1 month period for powerful health improvements. The effect of YT & CM will show faster depending on the seeker’s openness and receptivity. Specific Healing(specific health concern) is time-based and may need more than 8 session/s depending on the illness and healer’s response to therapy.
