Every person who comes to us at Cognitive Excellence for therapy is seeking this one state of mind, even though they want to achieve different life goals.
They might want divine health, a happy relationship, career growth and promotion, that body, that house, that car or pursue their passionate project with abundant resources but ultimately, the underlying answer they want is having…
Fulfilment & Inner Peace.
In a state where everything is aligned for you, you’re full of energy every day, manifesting things for your growth, progress, and success.
We as humans are developed to assign these materialistic goals with inner peace.
“When I’ll buy that house, I’ll be at peace.”
“When I’ll get that promotion, I’ll be happy.”
But that’s the way preventing you from having inner peace and experiencing happiness in the journey of ‘Becoming Success.’
The truth is everything will fall into place for you when you achieve a peaceful and joyful state of mind in the Here and Now.
You won’t achieve inner peace when you hit that promotion.
When you achieve inner peace, you will show up to work full of energy.
You will have a champion’s mind-set every day. You will manifest the right people and events into your life, allowing you to show you’re the best thing that ever happened on earth.
Then you’ll get that promotion!

Inner peace is a state of mind. You can be in that state when you have nothing and you can be depressed even when you’ve achieved everything. So the problem is in your mindset.
Your mind-set today is shaped by the experiences you’ve gone through in the past.
If you’re not at inner peace means you’ve had some unhealthy experiences.
It could be –
The things you’ve heard and lived as a child or the environment you grew up in.
An unpleasant memory that has developed into a form of unhealed trauma.
Your parents’ unhealed trauma passed down to you in your DNA.
It could be anything.
Because of these underlying issues, you are living with a wounded mind-set.
This mind-set creates energies attracting a lot of suffering into your life. Meaning your past is related to pain, creating more future fear. It manifests power struggles and limitations.
It is the cause of your suffering.
You don’t want to face your fear; nobody does. That’s why you suppress it.
To suppress and forget, you engage in some habits. These temporary addictions suppress your fear but harm your mindset even more.
Your 1st step to achieving inner peace should be releasing these habits from your system.
1) 𝐈𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬
You can’t eat at any time, any place, with anyone while carrying unhealthy thoughts. You’re what you eat. There are some things you should be mindful of while eating.
Be grateful for your food. Eat within 5 hours of your food being cooked.
Consciously choose less gluten and more calcium, iron, and protein-based metabolic food in your diet. Don’t eat heavy meals in the evening; allow your body to go into rest mode.
2) 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.
Consuming lots of information and being glued to your phone or your laptop all day is not helping your journey of connecting with your inner god/goddess.
You’re always overwhelmed with information. Your mind and body are tired of consuming all this data, processing it, and expressing it.
You as a human were not built to stick to your phone all day. Nourish your body and mind a few hours away from electronics.
3) 𝐄𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝.
If your diet is filled with packaged foods bombarded with chemicals to increase their shelf life – how will that affect your mind & body?
Start eating raw fruits & vegetables, and mix your own choice of organic spices. Even if you have 3-4 cheat meals in a week it’s okay but do balance your energies with a cleansing routine with regular Decoctions.
Ensure that the rest of your meals are balanced in proteins, fats, carbs, vitamins, and minerals. All of these must come from natural, unprocessed sources.
4) 𝐔𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬.
Finishing a lot of working calls before sleeping, not sleeping for long enough, not sleeping at the same time every day, not going to sleep in the right mindset, and waking up fatigued, all of these are signs of unhealthy sleeping patterns.
What you should do is –
Get rid of all devices 2-3 hours before sleeping. Go to bed at the same time every day. Do a little bit of healthy exercise, journaling, or affirmations to got to sleep with the right mind-set. Wake up before sunrise and start with a few moments of silence.
5) 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.
You should surround yourself with evolved, self-inspired people. People that give you energy and motivation to ‘become success.’
You should get rid of people that are always exhausted, with limiting beliefs, and living a mediocre life. Set boundaries. Surround yourself with the people who can contribute to your well-being and progress.
